I've managed to track all my eating and do my workouts for two weeks solid. Yay me! Tracking food is becoming habit, that's good. That habit will get me to the finish line. I'm feeling really positive about my new habits. I feel so much stronger and flexible since I started Daily Burn. Loving those workouts.
