I'm staying at a friends house so it's a different scale. So it might be apples and oranges but I decided to weigh in on Thursdays so I am. I could have weighed in this afternoon but I'm needing some incentive and didn't want to be seeing that number :\. I'm not having any difficulties staying on my 'diet'. I don't eat terrible even when I a completely 'off' my diet - I just eat too much. Not being able to eat dairy really keeps me from eating most of the crap that I would otherwise be cheating with way too often. I'm so used to it that it is rarely even a thought anymore. I don't think 'I can't have a glass of milk because I'm allergic to dairy' - I just don't think to drink milk. Now yogurt - that is my Achille's heel. And once I eat it, I have craving's for days and I'm weak and tired and not able to think clearly, so I often have another one because - well, because I want it and am not in a frame of mind think of the consequences. Anyway - I'm doing well and once I"m over this initial stiffness and soreness I'll be back into working out almost daily. For the first couple weeks I need to give my body a chance to adjust. The weigh in number doesn't look bad, but I'm aware that I have lost a large amount of muscle so in this case looks are deceiving. I probably have another 3-5 pounds of fat to lose beyond the 10 that the scale is telling me about.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
