Ok first of all, WOOOOOT!

Even though I'm glad I'm still losing, stupid (j/k, I love you!) /0's comment made me think. I've GOT to get serious about working out. I want to be toned and trim, not just skinny and flabby. I tried getting started, but then I let several days go by (okay a week) before getting back in line. I actually like exercising, but it sounds like a chore just before you get to it. But I'm so glad I do it, WHEN I do it.

Anyway, I'm still celebrating! The scale isn't letting me down. I sound like a broken record, but I'm just so dang happy that I'm finally in Virgin Fat Territory and staying there! I'm gonna be in the teens soon! Can I get a what-what?
223.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Whut-whut! One of these days, you will LOVE exercise. True story. Going a few days without it will even make you kind of crazy. LOL Just stick with it. It gets easier with time and just becomes a part of who you are.

wot wot (enlish style) congrats on getting the scale to work your way i wish i could ;) im exactly the same about excercise but as soon as i get into a routine i enjoy it :) its just actually starting that stalls me :P GOOD LUCK!

What-What!!!!!!!!!! You can do it! Hey, you're the one that said it ... "I actually like exercising ..." Then get on out there & do it! The scales will thank you! I promise!
