New week. I should update but nothing much is happening. Scale is virtually standing still and has been around this weight for two weeks now. I am not in a rush, My measuring tape indicate that I am slimming a tad so that is good. Went for for a trek in the winter woods yesterday with my daughter. Great fun. We are having nicer weather so winter is enjoyable.

probably a snow mobile. It is used for snowshoeing but snow was good enough to walk on . we will try some of the ski trails next time (with skis)

Morning it still cold and snowy I was raised in Wisconsin but have lived in southern states for the last 50 years where I think it's cold at 35 of course at 69 I'm made out of titanium
