Going raw for awhile. Allows me to hit the " reset" button!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I haven't in awhile, but in the past would do a 3, 4 or 5-day raw food cleanse and also thought of it as a re-set. I'll be curious to hear how out it works for you. xoxox
