A change in job seems to have made a difference. I am now on my feet all day long. I am committing to taking my bike out a few times a week as well, for a few miles a each day. Its nice to see a change in the scale. Its been a while :).
207.8 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week
