Totally went off the charts last week. High work-life stress and not being in my usual 5AM workout routine. Follow that up with a 3 Birthday Weekend of feasting on food, beers and cake...well the result is a 6 lb gain. It was nice to receive all the compliments on my progress from the people who know me best that I don't see as often as I would like. The good news is running is getting easier each day and my times keep improving. Now to re-boot the diet and I am certain the desired outcomes will follow.
