Its weird how you think you have the mindset you need to meet your goals and boom the little food monkey climbs on your shoulder and instead of pushing him off and sticking to it, you let him win. I have been back on weight watchers for 3 weeks now. I lost 3 1/2 pounds during that time. I would have loved it to be more but a loss is a loss. Last Thursday was my mom's birthday so we went to Texas Roadhouse which I love and I of course charted my points which were huge but I knew they would be. Then boom here comes the long weekend and I just lost it, I was charting of course but instead of ignoring the cravings I gave in and boy did I pay for it. I gained back everything I lost which in a way is amazing consisting I wasnt really that bad but here I am starting over with the new mindset that I have to stick to my guns and drink my water and get my exercise in and dont eat pizza and other favorites and hope the weight starts to drop again.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
