Still losing, but could have done better with exercise. Will strive for an hour a day this coming week. Beginning Phase IV of the Fat Smash Diet. This is the last week of the 30 pound challenge. I fell short, but feel good losing what I did. I will keep on course through early August. Still need to average 2 lb a week to get down to my goal weight of 145!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
