White wine spritzers do help...less calories and the club soda is also good to have. Made airpopped popcorn last nite with a dribble of olive oil and grated parmesan cheese. A pretty good snack...and half the calories of other stuff like yogurt or ice cream.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
