No loss, no gain
283.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nothing wrong with that. Seriously. You won't lose all the time. Actually, I've gained an inch in my waist. So, things happen. Patience sweets. It will come together as long as you work it.
