so i thikn the extra weight from over the weekend was just food i expelled a lot yesterday and that was relected in the weigh i nthis morning. i feel much better about this :0)

So the wagon was glued back together and the carb monster was back in his cage (yes it has to be male) and it paid off. it will continue in this way (well until the weekend at least as we will go out for dinner with the chef from the Oreient hotel in Hong Kong!!!)
161.2 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
