I haven't recorded a weigh-in in a long time. Since it's my birthday today, it's a good time to reassess. The good news is that I'm down 20+ lbs since I started Atkins in August 2010. I've been generally in the 143-145 range for a few months. At this weight, I can wear Size 6, Size 8 and Petite Smalls quite comfortably.

The bad news is that I really haven't lost weight since February, when my low was 141 lbs. Since then, I've been bouncing up and down a few lbs. Came back from a week-long trip on the East Coast late last week and TOM arrived today, so I'm a bit higher than usual today. My treadmill broke down several weeks ago and I haven't replaced it yet. Loss of my daily exercise routine has adversely impacted my weight loss efforts. My husband had been steady at 150-151 lbs, but this past weekend he suddenly dipped down to 148.75 (even while eating Shredded Wheat and wheat toast on a regular basis). Now that's an incentive to get back on track bc in 20 years together I've never weighed the same or more than he does. He's looking trim and shouldn't lose any more weight, but I still have at least an extra 10 lbs on me -- a tummy roll and heavy thighs -- that would be good for me to lose.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
