This is a nice first drop of the year 😁😁😁 At least now I'm semi convinced my hunger over the past 2 days was real, ha, I'll tell myself anything so I can eat more!!

But the forecast for the week is 2 more runs at least, a fast and a long, though it by SIL comes over on her running day, they're might be a normal run in the mix, too. we shall see!!

it's almost Friday folks!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
