Wow...

I walked 9.7 miles this past Saturday in 2hrs 38 minutes (1st 1.5 hr was in the rain) with an est. calorie burn of 1476 based on weight. [[WHOA!!!]]

I then took a few days off starting Mother's day - Tuesday evening. I didnt't go crazy or anything and I was totally amazed this morning to only see an increase of .2 lbs on the scale.

I avoided logging my foods or getting on the scale in fear of seeing a huge increase. Not the case, my logging and exercise I did last week into the weekend paid off.

Yay me.

248.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent! I also took a few days off starting Mother's day - not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow - hope it is as good as yours!

everyone should walk about 10 miles a day, so great job! Keep track of all your walking, even just around the house or the grocery store! great job!
