Sedentary gain...today also no workout due to swollen sprained ankle, hoping tomorrow i can fit in an upper body workout at least. today will try and eat vegs all day since not working out.
129.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
