Well survived a weekend full of social events and eating and had a satisfactory weigh in this morning...Spraining my ankle maybe helped my accessibility to food :)! enjoy your day and have a super week ppl!
128.1 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks all! bad sprain, even had it x-rayed cos doc thought i had fractured it...luckily no broken bones or ligaments... resting it, icing it and putting gel as off to Gambia in West Africa on Friday.:)
