Well, ever since my husband was diagnosed with cancer (30 days ago), I have been binging with donuts! Yipes! And the scale shows it!! Going to have to stop this eating binge starting now! Sorry, I just had to vent.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you for your support! I'm going to need it for the next several months. If I can lose the 3 lbs that I gained in the last couple of weeks, I'll be satisfied. AND cheerleeding me on is just the key! Thanks.
