Meh, up a bit. But I ate really late last night so that may have something to do with it.

In other news, I've decided to join the weight loss community on YouTube. Here's my first video. I've been watching a lot of other people's videos and it's been very motivating and inspirational. For now I only have an introduction video, but more coming soon!
