watching the food part as will not be getting much exercise this week and with Mothering Sunday this weekend, God help me :) Already booked for buffet lunch and this is my biggest pitfall! Bah with in-laws and all I have hardly any say....so I'll go with the flow but will try to be more choosy on what i eat!
128.7 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Being with family that do not understand what you are trying to do can be frustrating, so give yourself a day off from journaling, but keep in mind how much you eat. Be choosy, but don't let it stress you out.

Determined not to spoil my 3 weeks to go goal Draglist - fed up of going up and down - I want to go down and stay down! Will keep you in mind, to remind me!
