I am still holding on. I feel great and look good! Its not about a number on scale for me anymore it is about overall fitness and health. My physical was awesome!!! So I feel great about me. Just staying on track and doing my best. God is so good!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
