Well seeing Draglist's determination and results has filled me up with the motivation I lost last week. Sometimes losing weight feels like digging a hole in sand and trying to get to the waterline! Well today i feel very determined and motivated so I will stick along until i get to my target weight.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
