While I didn't track here and barely did on WW, I made mostly good choices, walked that treadmill and used the bike in the fitness room morning and evening, and still managed to lose .8 of a pound :) I was surprised. I would have expected and accepted a small gain and been happy with a maintain. We ate at Cracker Barrel several times, a fish house and a barbeque place. Had food in the room and also ate the breakfast in the hotel each morning. Now that I got through all that I'll probably struggle this week ;) Naw, it's all good !!
185.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Love Cracker Barrel! It is probably a good thing the closest one is about 6 hours from me! Looks like you did good. You had some fun meals but still post a loss! Congrats!

Amazing! I am hoping to have similar results with my vacation. I haven't gone truly off-the-rails since starting this journey 3 months ago. It feels good when you really internalize making good choices.
