Glad to see this nuber fall. I did NOT take the GNC supplement today, I am not happy with how my tummy and head feel when taking this. I think I am going to find a simplier vitamin regimine to follow.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
