I am 43, and I am the heaviest I have ever been. I weighed in at 187 this week. Weight has never been an issue for me, being an active farm girl my work and liefstyle helped me to be happy with myself. But, as I got closer to the 40 mark, things started to slow down for me. I am still a farm girl, but my desk job has changed my activity level. I have found that I need to Excercise, and Work Out, which are things that I have never had to do. So, my goal is to get down to 155, and find a better way to eat, and get back my strength that I miss most of all!!
