Got to get a grip, no leaving it til after Xmas. This time next year I want to be at my goal weight making excuses isn't going to get me there note to self.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perfect mindset!🧠 don’t beat yourself up over the Christmas period just keep a balanced diet and stay as active as you can you’ve got this!!
