Deb has been helping by enjoying healthy meals with me most days. She speaks of how enjoyable the salads are that are chopped with many ingredients. It really helps when not faced with other food that I enjoy but do not align with my fitness goals and that of a healthy lifestyle in my body. The only setback was last Friday when we went to Red Lobster with her family. Still I did not go extreemely overboard but lost momentum for a time.
Last 12 months was a time of celebrating a first year of marriage and relaxed levels of discipline along with trying new things. The plan was to take off a year within reason and then bring back or retain those things that are benifitial and move away from those elements that are not.
