Wieghed myself at 6:30 this morning which tends to be my best time to weigh. It will be interesting to see how this flucuates from am to pm for a while. I know that the flucutation is normal, but sometimes I can get more than a 5# swing!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
