Been eatin like a pig since Sat morning half azz working out Plain to start back on Thurs. May 1,2014 just hope in this time i don't gain no more then 5Lbs these day's I'm piggin out
178.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! If you plan to 'pig out' skip breakfast and lunch. I have days when i want to eat out and that is more calories and not enough fat. So I skip breakfast, lunch. Eat fats before or after I go out and I have not sabotaged my day. It a good way to have what you want while staying on tract!
