What a great start to my diet. I lost 9 lbs in the first week! I was very excited going in as I knew I dropped a bit as my shirt no longer was busting by the buttons. This week will be tough as I am heading to NY for a long weekend for a wedding, but I AM determined.

Don't forget to watch the sodium, folks!
302.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
