Okay, so maybe that meal out wasn't as harmless as I thought. Coming back down now, but it's really set me back a few days. Maybe I will resolve not to eat out (unless it is actual healthy food) during the rest of the 10 Pounds By 4th of July Challenge. I don't think I can make that goal if I keep having these setbacks.

Today I will work out in the afternoon. There, now that I've written it down here it will actually happen. I wanna try that circuit again. I'm just a little worried because last time, after I came down from the endorphin high, I was really really tired and drowsy. And I have plans this evening, so let's hope that doesn't happen or I may have to resort to caffeine.

Anyone have any tips for a healthy energy boost, or what I can do before/after/during my workouts to prevent that drowsy feeling?

How many calories are you eating per day? If you go too low it can make you tired. Other than that the only other thing I can think of right now is making sure you're getting enough sleep (about 7 hours).
