9st 13 (1 off at WW) Really gutted, I've been good this week and active. I'm thinking it must be the coil hormones, which is really peeing me off. I definitely would have lost weight after two weeks like this before. Feeling very disheartened :-( And have incidentally eaten entirely more cake than was good for me today!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up! The scale is stupid. You ARE working for your goal no matter what the scale says, it takes time and yes it sucks but you will be so happy after! You can't see what's going on inside but you are metamorphosing like a butterfly in a chrysalis.

My weight was up over a kilo this week and I was on plan. Then this morning, it dropped off and then some. Our water weight shifts so much and so many things will make it go up and down. It is hard to see that number, but stay with it and the scale will eventually reflect your efforts.

Thank you folks. I put on a pound at weight watchers weigh in today and am so disheartened about it, Jon lost 2.5lb with no effort whatsoever, it's just so unfair. I really need to lose the half stone I've put back on, not just 2lb, despite what my fatsecret target says. Even if it were possible to get the coil out straight away I expect it'd take a few weeks for my body to settle again. We had to set eight week goals at WW today so I'm going to rise to the challenge, just feeling super low about it today, and have told jammy hubby he needs to either stop coming for a few weeks or not tell me his results!!
