9st 13 (1 on at new WW group Mon, after dinner when normally I've always weighed in before, so that wasn't too bad) I confess I'm a bit disappointed in this week's result, I thought it'd be 2, as I've eaten well and exercised most days. But looking at my diet calendar for the week the calories do only equate to one pound, so I suppose I should be grateful. Just in the past I would have expected more, especially when I've got a good half stone to lose, even a bit of water loss after being back on the wagon for the first time in ages! Maybe the Mirena isn't helping on that score. I hope the Monday weigh in at WW is better or it'll be very disheartening :-(
