Poorly.

Ugh, my old habits are rearing their fat ugly heads! The summer-ish heat brought on my ice cream addiction! Kicking it though...by having 18kcal frozen pops instead. Been out walking almost every morning, the weather is too good not to.

Had a huge spring clean two days ago, 6 hours of cleaning- No breaks! You could eat off of any surface in my house now :P

My weight has been bobbing up and down all week but had never dropped below 265.2 :( its been 5 days since I posted my weight so I decided today was the day no matter what the scale showed.

I'm bummed but I'm doing my best to get back on track. My dad and brothers are coming over for dinner today, healthy food. It'll be a shock to their system :P

Good for you with the ice cream substitute! Enjoy your dinner party with healthy foods on the menu I am sure they will love your tasty meal. Try just weighing your self once weekly instead of daily as the micro fluctuations can be disheartening. Good luck with your reaching your goals!
