Weight Watchers is Wonderful!!!! Never have I been on a "diet" that was so easy to follow. I actually started Weight Watchers last Sunday at 270.5 pounds and weighed in this morning at 262.0; 8.5 pounds in my first week. I didn't starve, I just made smarter choices. For years, I've looked at the Nutritional Facts on labels...I just didn't know how to relate them to my needs. Now I see how some things I thought were healty or "not that bad" were off the charts the wrong decision to make. So far, I haven't found a single flavor or food item that I can't have...I just have to adjust the rest of my day around a poor choice if that's what I want to do.
