I'm now back on track....I spent about four months off program ... at first I tried to keep my weight watchers points totals for the day in my head (LOL, that's a joke...my memory just ain't that good) then I got lazy ... now I've done myself up a nice little excel spreadsheet where I can keep one weeks information on one page of paper, then I fold that up and keep it with me. I've been back on track for 5 weeks now. The 7.50 lbs I gained during my hiatus is has now be re-lost as well as an additional 6.00 lbs. I never want to find them again!

When you work it, weight watchers definitely works! I still have trouble eating all of my points now that I'm point conscious...when you don't understand, it's easy to eat 30+ points for just one meal...but when you know...OMG, it changes things so drastically.

I'm now 12.00 lbs from my first micro-goal and I still have 7 weeks left in my (new) first 12 week cycle. I'm now 'In it to win it' I soooo want my body back. I'm tired of being twice the person I should be!
