Wow did Max Circuit today and sweated a ton, my shirt looked like I had been in a wet tshirt contest and lost. Great morning workout. and down a pound so cool.
211.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
