Wow, it's starting to come off fast now that I'm really sticking to my diet. Watching the numbers go down really does wonders for my motivation!

Yesterday was even a pretty easy day as far as sticking to my diet. No crazy cravings, even though it was kind of a stressful day because several things in my apartment decided to break down at once. As always I was very hungry by dinnertime but dinner was extremely yummy and satisfying. Learning to cook more is paying off, definitely .

I have a few more thoughts but I'm already running late for work. It's an office day :(
141.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's awesome... especially with thinks breaking down on you. It is funny how much easier it is to do good when you have a bigger variety of things to make. =) Too bad you had to go to work today but at least you know it will be easy to eat right. =)
