Oy. A month off while moving (and a pregnant partner to share icecream with) has pushed my weight back up to 96.3kg and body-fat over 30% (according to weight-watchers scales, only accurate for comparison).

In a few months our son will be born, so this is well and truly my last chance to get serious about a healthy lifestyle before our schedule goes crazy.

Starting TODAY(!) I'm doing the "Four Hour Body" diet from Tim Ferris' book of the same name. In short: lots of protein, lots of fibre and very little sugar, starches or simple carbs.
212.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
