fat 41.5% today parked in Ta xbiex and walked all the way to sliema. prepared my b'fast, lunch and snacks. consumed them by the sea. it was a lovely day, with the flags of the Rolex middle sea race. Had imqaret with vanilla ice cream for the afternoon tea cos I felt I earned it today😄. but when I came home around 4pm, made myself 2 cheese toasties and had a plum. drinking peppermint tea and hoping to fast for 16 hours. actually I like b'fast at 10am, it's becoming a habit.
