Gaining some weight..I'd like to believe some is muscle but have been eating a tad more than I should. Lifting more as well. Was hoping to be under 200 by End of year and 180ish by the time I have my shoulder reconstruction surgery in late Feb. Getting the ream and run on my right shoulder and will be out of commission for at least 8 weeks..
