erwinwarrior83's Journal, 04 April 2014

I knew it was coming, but it's ok !!! As I said yesterday, I own it. I am feeling great getting ready for the 5K, and I've been very active. 63 WW Activity Points earned from Fri-Thu, that's more than I earned the entire month of February before I started this training. I did the equivalent of the 5K on both Monday and Tuesday all at once, the rest of the days are doing it in two separate times during the day. My legs are looking great with the added muscle, and I'm wearing 14's-16's. I did eat too many carbs and not enough dairy and protein last week. I also had a solid month of losses in March, 7 pounds total. My body is adjusting and I'll figure it out; my goal is to get that 1.4 off by next week's weigh in. Been off this week, back to work tomorrow and a more usual routine. April 12 is the big day !!!!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 April 2014:
3000 kcal Activities & Exercise: Driving - 1 hour, Sitting - 5 hours, Shopping - 1 hour, Circuit Training - 30 minutes, Walking (moderate) - 3/mph - 1 hour and 30 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours, Resting - 7 hours. more...
gaining 1.4 lb a week

yep - and I'm feeling wonderful so I know it's all good. I did the 5K amount again yesterday evening in 53:49, with a total of 5 miles alltogether between the morning and the evening. I'm going to rest today, and tomorrow only do 1.5 miles - have a slightly sore big left toe. Don't want to break or strain anything ;)
