fat 41.2% just came in from a half hour walk around Pembroke. it's about to rain so speeded up a bit but next time I will put the tracker on. looking for my glasses everywhere, found them on my head! would like to keep up the walking as it looks like it's going to rain all week, but one day at a time... let's count it as a trail training. I will put laundry in the machine, shower and have breakfast. it will be 10 am by then. I've gotten used to having b'fast at that hour, sometimes I go for longer. Had a promising zoom interview yesterday, hoping to receive news of a second one, than in person around the 25th October. Didn't sleep well last night, till 3am I was still tossing and turning, then I put in Instant Sleep Magic and I must have dozed off, woke up with headphones still on and reading glasses. I should use it straight away!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
