O'hara's Journal, 15 March 2011

Ok - almost to the 15 lb. mark!! I learned last night that I do not like cod unless it is fried. I'll stick with salmon and tilapia.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
