not weighed in for 20 days and am amazed IV not put anything on, don't no why I can't get back on it iv no excuses except greed, I see all these people reach their targets and think how amazing and inspiring they are then go eat crap, need to give myself a massive shake 🤦
162.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
