So I had a good week choices wise. I didn't get my third workout in due to general laziness which I'm a little upset about and just being overall busy during the week especially but the two I got in were solid. We are starting to get to the final stretch for baby watch 2014 so things are starting to get hectic between picking day cares and getting generally ready. So making sure i'm working out and eating right is even more difficult but we are working through it. Mom and baby to be named later are doing well so that's all that matters.

For me its looking like i'm going to come up short on my first milestone goal but I expected this to be difficult and without a big drop-off in the first couple weeks its not looking like it was reasonable. That being said i'm not upset in anyway with progress so far and i'm setting up nicely for future progression. The weather is starting to warm up a bit but not enough to really get outside much. Hoping my hand is going to be good enough for riding my bike soon which will help with the working out aspect i'm currently not hitting on my goals. Anyways hope everyone has a great week and lets stay positive.

P.S. On the pathetic front i'm only Class I obese now lol.

Milestones:
12.8 lbs – 50% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!
22.0 lbs - Under 200 and back where I shouldn't have left
30.5 lbs - No longer obese ever again
42.4 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes - STAY POSITIVE! Progress is progress. I got my work out in first thing today and am off to a good start. Baseball game tonight - I will make good food choices!!
