Today I had a definite improvement since it's both reflected in weight (my lowest in recent times) and in waist. It might be a coincidence but I did start those ab exercises yesterday :)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.2 cm

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.2 % (lower but still within the usual)

24-day Brazen Fit Ab challenge: The 8 crunches and 8 leg raises were easy, and so was the 12 second plank. Not as easy as yesterday though, which is good :)

edit: I already ate too much for today... Sorry food! You're going to have to take your business some place else! (I only dare saying this because I'm about to go to sleep ;)
128.7 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great lets hope it gets us all a 6pack lol! I have a visible 4 pack but the lower muscles are buried under some fat since babies:O:O:-)lol.
