Hoffner's Journal, 29 March 2014

I have a new plan which I will begin on April 1. The plan is to up my walking routine and begin adding in more carbs. Im going to have to find a new balance between the two so as not to gain wt. I also need to increase water intake. Beginning a new journal of foods/ water/ exercise should be fun.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
