180 plateau, I hit this the last time I was losing weight. It'll start back up again soon.
Going to revamp my diet to be more in line with normal weight loss, lower carbs, higher protein, and more calories overall. Changed my RDI to 1900 calories, which may still be too low, but I'm going to see where it takes me.
