Worked my abs this morning at the gym...trying a new workout which i came across over a year ago but never felt it worked... guess i wasn't putting much effort in then cos today really felt the after effects! Also trying out some new machines maybe I can get some spot reduction! Have a great weekend everyone!
128.1 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
